I recently went on a Saturday with my daughter to look at cars on the lot, my daughter spotted the car she wanted, they allowed us to put 500.00 down to hold the car, we were able to go back to the dealership the Monday and sign the papers and now I am driving a really nice Mercedes. The staff is Super Nice, helpful and informative, Monique, the office manager is wonderful and very professional. Fred, who runs the dealership has been a wonderful blessing through the entire process and has gone above and beyond which I so respect and appreciate because at the beginning of 2020 I bought a car with another dealership and I was treated horribly even though I paid the car off in cash. They(the other dealership) has been having my car to fix everything for over 3 months with no estimate on when they will get around to fixing my car. They (other dealership) were rude and very unprofessional until I had to call the owner and complain. So I give Powor auto Grp and everyone there 10 stars if I could.
