They were a great help. I called them in a panic because our refrigerator went out. They were able to replace the part and get things working before the otter pops started melting. I was very happy with the repair and the professional nature of the repair man that came to do the work.

I will NEVER be dealing with Romero s Appliance again. I have dealt with them last year and i had no problems, but this time was a whole different situation. The technician was nice and helpful, but the not the ladies in the office which includs the owners wife. They just don't seem to care about me as a customer. They were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They don't call back and don't do what they say their going to do. By the time they come fix my A/C we will have been without it for a month. I am just so tired of dealing with them. I wish i could give them no stars.

It works great now! They did a great job and I was very surprised by their work, fast and accurate. I would use them again!

I had them replace my compressor in my fridge after it stopped working right when the warranty was up. It was nt that old and the repair was cheaper than even getting a nice used one. I was pleased with the service.

We just got this thing last year and it already is having trouble. They still sell the same model at the department store. The repair was much cheaper than a new one and romeros said we shouldnt have a problem with it for a while.

Our washing machine died recently ad Romeros determined that it was just that the pump had gone out and so it wouldn't drain. They came and repaired it quickly and it works great again. much less than replacing the thing and dealing with all that.

They worked on my old, but classic, pastel range. It had a burner that has never worked and the other burners just weren't working like they should. Romero's cleaned the dead burner and replaced the manifold and it works like a new stove. Very pleased with their service and being able to have a service company to take care of my older, but cool, appliances.

The repair they did on my oven was great and they did it in no time at all. Thanks for the help and great service.

I had a very nice old oven that I like very much but it has been off by about 100degrees for years now. They were able to fix whatever it was and it heats and works just like it should. Thanks so much!

We have had many dealings with service companies over the years. In our opinion, Romeros Appliance Service is the best. They are polite, knowledgeable, very professional, reliable and trustworthy.

Mr. Romero could not be more helpful or efficient. He has been trying to determine the problem with our freezer that is still under warranty. Over the years his service and that of his employees has always been excellent! Besides that - he is a very nice man too!

5 stars all the way! This could have been a crisis if not for Mr. Romero taking care of a manufacturers defect and the paperwork for me. It was a very positive experience. thanks again and I appreciate you guys more than you know!

I have been using Romero's Appliance Service for my appliance repair needs for many years. My most recent experience is rated 5 stars as always. I find their service to be very professional, their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable, and they provide excellent service for a fair price. I always recommend Romero's to anyone in need of appliance service.

I was very satisfied with the service here. The staff was very nice too. I didnt have to wait when I showed up and they scheduled an appointment the next day.

I hired Romero's to fix my refrigerator and they did a great job. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I appreciate the work they did and they [provide a great service for appliance repairs!

This is one of the most professional service companies I have ever dealt with. I have used Romero's several times and they are reliable and trustworthy when it comes to the repairs they do.

Washer repair. New Whirpool Duet (10 months old) Washer. Called fWhirlpool for service. Directed to call Romeros. 3 calls later the repairman showed up & diagnosed problem.

1 week later we had no call back, we called Romeros and was told the part was ordered, informed 4 to 9 day delivery.

22 days later repairman showed up for repair.

The Washing Machine lasted 4 days.

Called on Sunday and the answering service took message, no call back. We called on Monday, repairman called back on Monday. He stated that the wrong part was ordered, due to Whirlpool update they were not informed of. We requested the part be overnighted, the repairman said he would have to talk to the owner. No call back. I called on Tuesday, Owner stated they did not overnight anything, not their fault, call Whirlpool if I wanted the part overnighted. It would be 4 to 7 days for part to come in.



Called on Thursday to check on part, left message on answering machine. No call back. Called Whirlpool on Thursday & discussed the entire sad situation, Whirlpool Rep contacted Romeros then called back, part to be overnighted?? Service, You make the call.
