my husband had dr shomot for years and he loved and trusted him unfortunately he passed away Jan 26 of 2015 and I still question what happened cause I asked his nurse practioner to see a heart dr while we were in the hospital and she refused twice and ten when I got the death certificate it said he ad heart conditioner for four yrs I reached out to dr cause I still can not get through his death with out any answers but was ignored I think that a dr owes an explanation to family as you know it has been 11 months and I still can't clear my mind of all this and as for as his nurse pracnitioner Michelle she needs not to be working with patients if she would have did like I ask with a heart dr maybe things would have been different and maybe not but wo is she to deny your request
