This place breaches their own contracts. They changed my due dates on both of my units without telling me to generate a late fee. It was a very dirty move on their part. Very unprofessional and illegal. There's a ton of storage places very near there, go to anyone except these lying robbers.

Judy is a pleasure to deal with and will work with her customers to ensure their needs are met. I've had 2 spaces in this location for well over 2 years. Any issues I have are quickly addressed without any delay. Staff has always been helpful to me and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to clear up some space at home.

All Safe Self Storage is clean, secure, and is easily accessible. I recommend All Safe Self Storage to anyone needing temporary or long-term storage.

I recently ended my use of All Safe after over 2 years of occupancy. No issues to report. The staff was always helpful whenever I needed to visit the office. Never had any issues getting around after snow storms as they always had the area cleared shortly after any snow. No critters or leaks in my unit and no garbage around the outside.

AWESOME STAFF - Lake in the Hills



The storage facility in Lake in the Hills which is managed by Judi has to be the best choice I could have made for storage purposes.



Judi goes out of her way to help you. She is an exceptional Manager and will help you in any way she can. Liz has been wonderful too! Management here is great!



The units are exceptionally clean which means a lot to me storing my belongings.



I would give the location in Lake in the Hills a rating easily of '5 STARS.'



For anyone reading this review - if you need a storage unit, consider renting a unit at this location. You'll be very satisfied.

I disagree with the previous review, if you read you lease, it clearly states, you must give 5 days notice before vacating, You always here that phrase service with a smile, well this business means it. Never have I come in the office and not been greeted with a smile. Their service is outstanding, fast, and accurate. Prices are reasonable, my storage space was clean and tidy as well as well lit. Keep up the good work!

I rented from them for 3 years and gave them 30 days notice that I was moving out. I moved out a day early and told them the day after. When I received my deposit it was deducted. When I went in to ask them why it was deducted, Judie, told me that I did not tell them that I moved out until 5 days after I was moved out. She gave me attitude that her computer said somthing different. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! They will try to rip you off when you move out.
