Mr West does not return phone calls, doesn't send out paperwork in a timely manner and isn't aware of the facts in a case. After telling me that he would have his assistant call me on Monday, he hung up when I was giving him my contact information. Plus he made threats to suspend a license and I'm not even sure that is legal. I wouldn't recommend doing business with him at all!
