After being a State Farm customer for nearly my entire life (through my parents and now as a married adult), my insurance policy was cancelled due to an "unacceptable" level of claim activity. Over a period of a dozen years, my husband and I submitted claims for two stolen bicycles. That's it. Newsflash State Farm...people buy insurance so they can recover the value or replace personal property when it's stolen or damaged. We were notified via a letter in the mail that our policy was being terminated. I'm disgusted that after giving State Farm my business for so long, I would be treated with such poor customer service.
