My son has attended ABC for 2 years and I could not be happier with this center. The directors are professional and informed. All the staff that I have interacted with sincerely care for the children. They have open communication and always keep the parents informed of upcoming events. They have an immense variety of activities while focusing on all the important things little ones need to learn as they grow. The facility is always clean and well cared for. My son has had the same teacher for over a year, Ms. Tanesha. She is awesome, so caring and fun. There is some turnover with staff, but nothing out of the ordinary. Please consider ABC if you are looking for quality childcare for your kids.

My children have attended ABC for the past 3 years. My oldest has just entered elementary school and thanks to ABC she scored off the charts on her entrance testing for placement in Kindergarten. I owe the staff at ABC for this!!! The Center is clean and loving and I thank them for caring so deeply about my children

It's a shame that an employee that left disgruntled could try to bring a center down.(at least that is what it sounds like to me) It is a great center with several long term employees. My children have been attending ABC since 2002. Many of there teachers are still employed with ABC either as a teacher or have moved onto management positions. We have had nothing but great experiences with everyone from the owner to the cook. They have taken awesome care of my children. They know every like quirt they have and always welcome them with a big smile and open arms. My youngest is entering kindergarten in the fall and I just received his scoring from parents as teachers and thanks the wonderful TEACHERS at ABC he is in the 97% and reading. I could not ask for anything more. Thank you ABC

This is not a terrible school in fact it is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to everyone in the Lake St. Louis area. I have read this review and strongly suggest you look for a different job sounds like the management had high expectations and you must not have been lazy. My children have been here for years and I have never had any issues in fact voted #1 center in the area for the past several years

This is a terrible school with terrible conditions, as are the other centers in different locations. The O'fallon, St. Charles, and Wentzville locations are all as equally as bad. The staff are normally left alone with 20+ - sometimes 40 - kiddos by themselves. The management is unprofessional and they get an attitude with a parent very easily. The children are subjected to movies every single day in lieu of educating or one-on-one teacher interaction. The teachers are so stressed with cleaning and doing custodial work that the center rarely allows them time to spend with the children - and once they are with the children they have 30+ of them to deal with which is illegal. There are very little materials in the classroom that are educational. Most of them consist of dirty, broken toys that the center refuses to replace. The staff get angry at the kids and yell constantly, and I have seen management yell at the staff. The owner seems to only care about her pocketbook. Avoid this place.
