Place has really good Crabs. Best around that I've found. Been going here for few years now. Got tired of bad crabs. Glad I found this place. Bought Bushel Jumbos this past weekend. Perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Terrible customer service and overpriced. I walked into their Columbia Ave location immediately walked out. Not worth the prices and the place doesn't seem all that clean.



The woman argued with me that 3 - 4 packs of soft shell crabs was not a dozen. Last time I checked 12 crabs = one dozen. Incompetence beyond belief. I refuse to go there again.

Do not order from this place, I should have read other reviews, this palce is absoulute Garbage. Complete waste of Money and Time. The crabs are very small, I belive the are illegal not the 6in requirement at all. They charge for these as they are teh best jumbo crabs in the world. Poorly mistaken when I normally look at the cost of goods i assume that becuase they charge more it will be better qulity. Not the case you get Tiny crabs at Jiumbo Prices and the serve it to you on top of a Garage Can Lid. Bet advise go somewhere else and read real reviews, not the ones they make thier employees write online

This place is way over priced and all their crabs are reheated. I got a half of a bushul of Jimmie and they wer either small or medium. NO LARGE AT ALL. THATS FALSE ADVERTISING. Service is horrible. I went last summer for a dinner and this one server "holly " she didn't even know what she doing! Asked her do not an ice tea with no ice, and guess what i got??? a cup full of ice and a 2 oz of ice tea. Yeaaayy!. Also she charged us for butter 1.25 and vinegar.50 and extra spice 1.25. WTF. NEVER AGAIN!!

This place is a joke. Their menu items are priced as though it's some top notch restaurant and they're selling cans of soda to their customers. How classy! (Also: NO REFILLS)



They have terrible customer service that always supports the chef and not the person who actually has to eat the lousy food. Have a valid complaint? Too bad! Management will come out and treat you like you're a jerk while informing you that you will be paying for the pathetic food they served you.



Order the soup: Hardly any crab in it at all: MD crab was basically vegetable soup - and it's expensive.



And for those of you who believe you're receiving freshly steamed crabs on all you can eat night- yeah right .. these crabs have been reheated several times.



I also had a server inform me that although they're supposed to present the shrimp as fresh - it's frozen. Good business ethics.



Their desserts are over priced for frozen pies, and the slices are tiny.



They will charge you an arm and a leg for a side of mustard! At most restaurants this comes free- no matter what you want to put it on. This goes for all condiments and extra plates.



I've also heard through the grape vine that the employees are treated like dirt. I will not support the money hungry owners of this sad little business.
