I hate may grant the doctors don't answer your questions they just beat around the bush or tell you to ask at your next appointment. The billing department harasses you if you owe them money every appointment when I check in they call the billing people and make me talk to them about when I'm making the next payment even if I just made one a few days before the appointment. I would have left but I'm 39 weeks pregnant now but once my baby is born I will be leaving for a doctor who can take the time to answer my questions and doesn't harasses me or money every single appointment

I could write a book describing the terrible series of events that led to my child's birth. In a nutshell this practice is full of "medwives" and uncaring doctors that are more concerned about not being sued than providing appropriate care. The rude office staff is icing on the cake. If you have any doubt in your mind, do yourself a favor and change to a different practice. If you desire a natural childbirth--RUN!
