They are very rude! The lady hung up on me several times and told me to call back in 10 minutes and never answered! Worst place

This company is unprofessional,unethical,ignorant,rude and are thieves! This business need to be shut down!!!! Fraud they don't have their license to tow cars. They stole my son's money,shoes,books,daughers remains she passed last year at 16 months.Due to stress and harassment they made my son have a seizure and the manager made fun of it. The manager tried to plant crack in his belongings be my son called the police and he had to come there 3 times and called the police three times. The lady quote d $25 and changed it to $80. Unacceptable practices

This is a horrible unprofessional company: my kid called this office in order to make arrangements to arrange a time to pick up her personal property. She was told that she had to pay $85 in order to retrieve her personal belongings. Hearing this, I had her call them 3 way. after she was given that info with me on the line. I told my daughter to get that person's name and she hung up saying she can only speak with my daughter she called back without me in the line 3 more times and was refused the name of the person she was speaking with and corporate info
