PAR Mission Is to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and mental health services to individuals of all ages with a wide range of disabilities and needs. We provide care for our patients in a mutually respectful and compassionate environment. We strive to treat each person with respect and dignity and work together to achieve functional goals, maintain cost containment, and increase independence. PAR Rehab Services Provides a variety of psychological and rehabilitation services for the purpose of accurate diagnosis and successful treatment. These services are offered to individuals with medical, neurologic, and psychological conditions including traumatic brain injuries, cerebrovascular accidents, learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, psychological adjustment disorders, dementia, industrial injuries, and automobile injuries. Physicians, nurses, medical case managers, vocational rehabilitation counselors, social workers, attorneys, employers, insurance adjustors, and other healthcare and educational professionals.
