Negitive 10 + stars - Frandor Location they tote as Aquatic center since they have moved to the middle of QUALITY INN is just a closet for handful of machines is the private cardiac work out area... a swimming pool, NO CHANGING ROOM (that is a public restroom), NO SHOWERS, NO LOCKERS TO PUT STUFF IN, NO SAUNA, NO HOT TUB, AND YOU ARE ON DISPLAY FOR ANYONE IN BAR/LOUNGE AREA NEXT TO THE POOL ...Personally I weight in at 400lbs... I do not need to be working out as the hotel entertainment, I will not subject myself to fat shaming, no thanks I get enough of that, paying someone else for abuse is totally ridiculous .. it is NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR WORKING OUT...THE FACILITY IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING A SUBSTITUTE FOR WHERE THEY WERE WHEN THEY SOLD ME THE MEMBERSHIP. I am 6 months in to a 18 month 324.00 contract then they just charged me another 25.dollars for canceling because of a unsuitable facility!!! The water was the entire reason I joined them smh is such a disappointment, n even more so that they think fat shaming is OK to practice.
