The staff was very friendly & helpful. The beds are a little older than what I am used to tanning in; new bulbs tho! :) When I was there it was a cooly, breezy day & they had just opened the door. It was definitely warm as I was tanning but I could only imagine that they have a/c for when it gets unbearably hot & that they were just saving $$; as most salons do around this time of year. I was told they have done many upgrades since December & it appears they are still doing small minor things. I did notice while I was there that several of their customers had nice color, so that is definitely a plus to me. Only drawback for me is the older beds get a little hot for my comfort. If you can stand the heat check them out!
