The owner of this company is very unprofessional, dishonest, and disregarding. I lead an organization of fifty-five members (and growing) and will not be working with this person again given our experience. She fell through on completing the details of a trip, she did not notify me of these drastic deletions in the itinerary, and obtaining a refund from her was like extracting teeth. She then lied about mailing these refunds in a specified timeframe (refunds which never arrived). When I contacted her concerning the latter, she displayed further unprofessionalism and rudeness to which I realized I had to take a legal means. I do not recommend using this company and would actually give it 0 stars if such a rating was allowed.
