Our experience was great from start to finish. Easy process to get started. On a couple occasions we were unable to pay on time. We went in and talked to them before the due date and were able to pay a week late. Once the loan was paid in full, they reported the positive information to the credit bureau. Thank you Aaron's for helping us get our credit back on track!!

Seriously, I have nothing good to say about this company. I lost my job and missed a payment and as soon as they opened the next day, they were already calling nonstop. They will come to your with their truck and pound and actually threaten to come in your house to take your things. Then, they will find (probably illegally) your family's phone numbers and call everyone and share your financial information with them. They do not have good business ethics at all and they certainly don't care about their customers either. Never again will I walk into an Aaron's store again. Thanks for the terrible experience.
