We were on our way from moving a cousin to Oaklahoma and headed back to Seattle area when we lost power just east of Laramie. Nursed the van into Laramie and bought a fuel filter.
Took fuel filter and slow van to Josh at Gem Auto Service at 4:45. Asked Josh if he could replace the plugged filter. With no hesitation at all, he said yes, moved a vehicle away from lift and had that old filter out and the new one in in minutes. I was amazed at how well we were treated and how quickly he handled that service. They close at 5:00 so we got there just in time. Josh was very polite, took care of the problem and we were on our way home. Hats off to Josh and Gem Auto Services. Our day was saved.
Got home in 2 days and 3 hours thanks to Gem and Josh.
