Poor Customer Service

I was initially impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, but this company failed miserably on follow through. Follow-up calls were forgotten about, appointment times were changed last minute, and my phone calls were not returned. If this is how they do business even before the job is done, I have no desire to see how difficult they would be to deal with if there are any problems afterward.

Acoustic Design was Great. They showed up on time and left early. The work they did was clean and neat.
