Horrible!!! Answers the phone asking how he can help me, then after I explain everything he said hold please I am taking care of other customers! So I held and 15 mins later the guy asked me what I was holding for!!!

Well where do I start? How about the stupid employees working their, most of which don't know a car from their butts! This store never seems to have the stock, nor the ability to get on the phone and actually call one of their other stores. I have been in their atleast 10 times and told they have something in stock only to get down their and they can't find it. Besides the employees running around grabbing each others crotches, this store is absolutely useless. I will not spend another dime at Autozone. Called corporate to complain, they instead moved the manager to a different store, wow now another store will be just like the Blue Diamond one. Don't waste your time and money here. Maybe it's because its in Vegas and nobody gives a S_ _ t!
