I was charged almost $300 above my quoted fee for things I was not aware were an extra charge. For example, while I was under the impression she was checking my dog's spinal alignment, she was "adjusting her" and charged me $50 after the fact, she did not ask, just pulled nail clippers out and clipped my dog's nails then charged $15. When I started to ask what things were going to cost, the appointment was cut short. I will not be taking my pets here again.
