Dr Holland started working as a dentist in 2003 His first job was in Illinois where he was mentored and taught the correct way to treat patients After three years, he moved to Las Vegas to be closer to his family Dr Holland then started teaching at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, as well as working parttime for other local dentists while planning to open his own office Dr Holland did not like the quality of dentistry that he saw while working for other dentists in town He wanted to open his own office and run it in the way that patients should be treated He has worked in his own office since 2008 Dr Holland does not double book patients, so any appointment made is with him There are no other dentists in the office
