Only having one car key me a bit nervous , I was always afraid I was going to loose it . I went to the dealership and was quoted $350.00 for ONE TRANSPONDER KEY ! Went on line and found a company spoke to a man told him what I needed he told me to follow the instruction or call customer service to have them guide me to program the key $75.00 and 3 days later got the key but no instructions called the company back and was told You need to take the cut key to a locksmith to have it programmed !! Called couple of locksmith just to get the key programmed I was looking at another $150.00-$200.00 ! I was beyond frustrated so a day later I went back online to search for a local locksmith Lock Specialties was the first one that popped up MY SEARCH FOR A LOCKSMITH WAS FINALLY OVER ! I was happily surprised $69.00 for a new cut and programmed key !! LOCK SPECIALTIES IS BY FAR THE CHEAPEST, GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE TO MEET ! VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED !! THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST AND FAIR !!

I wanted to convert my electronic safe lock to a more reliable mechanical dial lock. Too many listed service for safes but they were more into installation and sales not actual service to safes. I found three potential local locksmiths. Only one locksmith answered my questions with confidence, knowledge and an accurate over the phone estimate. This was Lock Specialties, I spoke to the locksmith listed for safe service not an answering service or a CSR. I booked the locksmith the next day. The locksmith I spoke to showed up the next day in a clearly marked van, he was professional, knowledgeable, polite, he completed a written estimate before any work began and he had a new dial lock with him. Installation was done in an hour, he patiently taught me about setting the combination and ran me through several practice safe openings after I set my own combo. I highly recommend Lock Specialties and I would definitely call Lock Specialties for any subsequent locksmith services.
