Yes it was!



One of their certified techs came to my house, in a completely wrapped car, had ID with their name, company etc. He was very professional, and spoke to me in English, not geek-inse! It ended up working the second he came in the door. He didn't charge me, and gave me free advise and then left.



About a month later i did have a major crash, and the same tech came back to see me, just as professional and happy to be here as the first time. He quoted me a price to fix my pc, and the time it should be completed(4 business days)! Well I got called by their tech everyday, but on the 3rd day the tech told me that he was complete with fixing my pc!!! A DAY EARLY! Even 4 days is faster then any other repair shop would even promise!



Now after 4 months my comptuer is still buzzing away without any problems!



There is no other computer repair company in Las Vegas in my eyes!!!.

I was told by another computer repair company that my computer data was UNRECOVERRABLE !!!!!!!!!!!........... you got ALL my data OFF and placed on DVDs for me.... YOU GUYS are GREAT!!!!

These guys really know how to treat people! They do not treat you like a number or a hassle, they are conserned with repairing your troubles and get you up and running. They also made my computer secure and safe on the internet. My Mobile Techs Rock! Thanks Guys.

The technician came to my house and was very courteous, professional and did not speak to technical. I would highly recommend.
