I live to eat, and I love Northern Italian fare. I've had everything from linguine & clams up to one of his signature dishes, which is Lobster Fra' Di'Avalo ...this dish is so very hard to prepare correctly. I've had it throughout the USA , and I thought that no one could outdo Carmine's in Hollywood , Ca. But Pasta Mia West wins hands down.
