One of the best tire buying experiences I've ever had. The whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal on tires, alignments, and more for both of my vehicles. Big shout out to Brian, who showed exceptional customer service skills. You guys made me a repeat customer going forward and I will definitely recommend this location anyone I know that needs tires.

The customer service here is terrible. I took my car in on a Sunday for an oil change. I was the 2nd customer through the door and it still took three hours. The next morning, I pulled out of my garage and, to my horror, saw a HUGE puddle of oil and a long, continuous trail of oil leading out of my garage. I immediatetly called in to work and went to Pep Boys. I explained what had happened and showed them my receipt from the oil change the day before. After FOUR hours, the service manager told me that the gasket for the plug was rotted and needed to be changed. When I asked how they had missed that the day before, he just shrugged his shoulders. He told me that they would refill the oil that leaked out at no charge (as well they should). What really got to me, though, was there was no apology for my inconvenience (not to mention the damage that could have been done to my car's engine). He did not offer me a coupon for a discounted or free oil change for the next time. My rating for this Pep Boys (even though I had to click a star rating above) my rating is a -5 stars.

I towed my car into this location at 3pm on a Monday. They told me that they were bookrd for the day, but promised me they would look at it first thing in the morning. Travis the Asst. Manager promised me that the tech would look at it by 9am. I called at 11am, and Travis said that they were looking at it, but were not done. I came into the store at 1pm, and realized my car hadn't moved at all from the spot where it was towed. I asked Travis why he lied, and when it would be looked at, but all he could say was that they were too busy. He couldn't even promise me it would get looked at by the end of the day. I had my car towed to another garage (Ted Wien's on Decatur and Rancho), where they looked at my car within one hour and had it fixed by noon the following day. If Pep Boys had not repeatedly lied to me about looking at my car, I would have had it towed to the other garage and fixed sooner. My repairs came to $2000.00, and I'm glas that the crooked liars at Pep Boys didn't get a dime of it!

george in maintance dept very professional Also steve in the parts dept is the best these guy are fair and wont let you down had my alternator go out few years back and pep boys replace it no promblems since my air conditnor would not work after chargeing it with a wall mart kit and thought it would cost me hundreds but pep boys honest work got the job done for 34.99 hope my review is helpful
