Provided by YP.comAnother monopoly that I'm forced to use, thanks government!
8-5 hours in a 24 hour town, absolute worst interrogation when you are simply trying to start service.
HOW MANY SQUARE FEET IS YOUR BATHROOM?
WHAT'S YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE #?
WHAT'S YOUR WAREHOUSE SIZE?
Ironically the answer to all of those question is the same "NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS !@#!@!"
Love Gestapo like treatment from a company that knows you have no alternatives, choose NV Energy!

Provided by YP.comI will not divulge personal details about my use of NVEnergy.
Disconnected my power because they billed me a day earlier then I expected
Consequently their automated system:
- Charged me $35 fee
- Removed the ability too use autopay.
- Required I pay them a $300 deposit.
- Removed access too many portions of the site including forcing me too pay with money order, or a third party.
Not going too explain their customer service.
The vote on NOV 4th, is what Nevadians think of NVEnergy.

Provided by YPmobileCustomer service is horrible. Needed to have our power turned on my husband and I just had driven 20 hours only to find the power had been turned off in our new home.Called on a Saturday and the lady was very rude and blew me off. They work M-F in a 24 hour world. I have a 1 year old and they don't care. They are a monopoly. As long as they get there money, they don't care about the customer.

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service, the CSR I spoke with was extremely rude, this was for a new account, unfortunately the only I other option I can think is to use a generator to power my home. Since this is unrealistic, I am stuck using NV Energy.
