Rude Treatment

The guy answering the phone and setting appointments is an indignant and rude man. When his arrogant tone of voice was mentioned to him, he became even more rude and condescending and the refused to make an appointment with the attorney for me. What a jerk! Never did get to see the Attorney, I suppose the attitude is an acceptable way of doing business there, so she must condone this man and his bad behavior.
