Used this guy years ago. Was shredding some old documents and came across a bill from him and it reminded me I always wanted to make others aware of his business practices. I was on vacation during a time the bill came due, which I paid when I got back into town. Because of the fact I didn't paid it on the due date he filed a lien on my house! Needless to say I fired him right after!



My next door neighbor said he had also filed a lien against their house even after they paid him for his services. How this guy's reputation keeps him in business is beyond comprehension.
