Plenty of social events and activities On-site owners. Horses fed twice per day. Stalls are box stalls on concrete with pads, or box stalls with ground footing and outside runs, all have waterers. Barn has lighting. Pasture and turnouts. Round pen is 60', short trails, large lighted 200' x 200' sandy arena, cross ties in large grooming area, layovers, overnights, access to trainers who work independently at our ranch.
