Excellent customer service!!

I wanted to write a review actually on service that wasn't performed by Dave. My 4 year old laptop needed a new power adapter. Dave had the opportunity to take on the case, fix the problem and collect his fee. However rather than doing that he explained, persuasively without geek speak, that the cost of the fix would exceed the cost of the machine. I truly appreciate honesty in a company and the service they provide. Thanks DD.

Dave always comes through. He's easily accessible, returns calls quickly, and most important, gets those computers fixed pronto! Dave has worked on my family's personal computers, as well as all the computers at my workplace. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. And if you've ever been through the GeekSquad gauntlet, trust me when I say you'll become a Dr. Dave convert in a hurry!
