Dave and Lisa Rueschhoff are well known in the Lawrence community, as long time owners of Rueschhoff Locksmiths and Security Systems (Dave, 30 years) and Rueschhoff Communications, Inc. (Lisa, 23 years). Dave sold Rueschhoff Locksmiths and Security in 2005 and started Rueschhoff Automobiles. Lisa still owns and operates her business, which is the area's only answering service and alarm monitoring operation. We are a small car business (Dave and a little part time help), and we work hard to stock a small but carefully chosen selection of great, value priced, used vehicles. Since we have owned our location since 1980, and remain small and focused, we keep overhead very low. That allows us to price our vehicles very competively. Although we do not call our vehicle prices "firm", we do not price our cars high and then negotiate the price way down. We are certain this is not what our customers want when they are car shopping. Our customers typically test drive the car, truck or van that interests them, continue shopping elsewhere, and come back saying "yours is the best value out there". Our car lot is designed for "24 hour drive-through shopping", with prices and information clearly marked on all vehicles. We have an excellent warranty program available for most vehicles, with nationwide, "take it where YOU want it serviced" coverage. Please call or come by any time!
