I purchased a smart trainer from Decarolis and the unit was defective. After requesting a return label, I delayed a couple of months in sending it back, not wanting to pay the $120 shipping and hoping to find a way to get it to work. In the end I decided I had to send it back. They received the item and sent and email asking why it took so long for me to send it back, which I explained in a return email. Since that time, I waited two weeks, with no information from them. I called them and, after a non business-like "hello" greeting, they said they had not done anything on the return and that they would have to send it to Europe and hope they get an exchange.

This was probably the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had. They do not care about their customers. He would not listen to my concerns and couldn't care less about making things right. Never do business with these guys.
