Cardiovascular Group, founded in 1982, is a group of physicians and staff members who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of heart and vascular diseases. It specializes in various areas of cardiology, including general cardiology, lipid management, cardiac catheterization, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, coronary stents, and exercise treadmill and nuclear stress testing. It offers echocardiography and echo Doppler, transesphogael and stress echo tests, carotid ultrasound, event monitoring, electrophysiology, permanent cardiac pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. It also offers echocardiography tests that utilize sound waves to evaluate the conditions of the patient. In addition, the group is involved in pharmaceutical and device research studies.
