Our dryer needed to be repaired. Jean came out when he said he would and fixed it without any issues. He was courteous and charged a fair price. We are very pleased with the service we received!

I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one in hopes that it will spare someone else the inconvenience and frustration I went through. I believe the guy that came out to my home name was Jean from Handy Tech Services. He was assigned to me through my home insurance warranty. Upon arrival he immediately requested payment $125 which is my deductible to fix my oven. I questioned having to pay before the work was done and he assured me that getting payment upfront was protocol. He said he needed to order parts for my oven and that he would be back in contact with me. I called him several times with no response. He eventually answered one of my phone calls and said he would be by if not that day then the next day to fix my oven. He did turn up the next day to fix my oven. Against my better judgment he said the work was done and I took his word for it. Well the next day on Thanksgiving when I go to use my oven it was not working correctly. I called and text him but of course no answer. This guy claims he's been in business for years but is very unprofessional and did not know how to fix my oven correctly.

Fast and honest. He installed my washer and dryer as well as fixed my garbage disposal. He also left everything clean and in order. Not much more you can ask for in a service technician.
