Please note that I cannot comment on the work of these contractors since we never even got that far. My wife first contacted these folks a couple of months ago. She seemed to like the guy that came by and so a couple of months later we decided to call them and get a final written bid to make sure it was still valid from a couple of months ago and move forward with the concrete project.The first time they were supposed to come by, we waited with not so much as a phone call with a no show. a few days went by, no call, so we called them again. they said they would send someone by and again no show and no phone call. The third time the same and finally two weeks later we contacted them again but this time the guy on the other line said he was just too busy and passed on the project. I can understand being busy and not having time but why not have the courtesy to let us know in the first place instead of wasting two weeks of our time that we could have found someone else.
