If I could give this store a negative stars I would. They have provided the WORST customer service ever. I've been in there twice the first time was about ten minutes before close, I stood there for 5 minutes while both people standing behind the counter completely ignored me and turned around and started talking to each other like I want even there. The second time I walked in with my young daughter and they told me I couldn't bring her in because she wasn't 19, which wouldn't have been an issue accept as I got in my car another parent with older children maybe 12 walked in. I went back in and asked if they id everyone to make sure they're 19 and the guy said yes so I asked what about those kids and pointed at the kids obviously under 19, and the guy looked me in the face ignored me an turned around. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

What a terrible place to shop, absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. Last time I went there I saw online that they close at 8 so I got there at 7:35 and they were closed already. I saw people inside but they didn't seem at all concerned. Every time you go there you have to wait in a huge line just to get Cartos, it's just not worth it, I would rather quit vaping than go in there one more time. Oh and if you are just starting out vaping, they are condescending and rude. Go to digital smoke, you can craft your own capes, mixing flavors together in a fun atmosphere with friendly people who want to help you.
