By far the most polite store I've been in in the area. Customer service is top notch. Staff is welcoming and seems to be interested in actually talking about guns and explaining their opinions or the benefits of certain guns you might be interested in rather than JUST selling you a gun.

When I came in with questions I spoke with a young lady, whose name I've forgot, about some ATF form questions. Short story shorter, she didn't know the answers so instead of lying to me or making something up or wasting my time she recommended I come in and speak with Mel. A little honesty goes a long way. Mel spent quite a while answering questions I had while filling out ATF forms and helped me figure out a few odds and ends.

I would definitely would recommend this location for anyone who is new to firearms. There are other stores in the area that have more to look at but unless you have your money in your hand and your hand high in the air pointing at the gun you want, the staff doesn't seem to pay you any attention. A slight exaggeration but I think you get the point.
