***NO SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS HERE*** Despite claim they had experience with Autistic kids, it was rookie time. They had no empathy, weren't able to keep from agitating the kids worse by the minute. Wade did not introduce himself; was cold and rude. Even got impatient and tried forcing my son's mouth open with a metal tool, until my wife stopped him. They clearly didn't know how to handle special needs kids. A few ipads in the lobby do not substitute for good patient skills. They had no process, no questions asking about his severity...simply put, they didn't know what they didn't know, apparently just wanted to say they did to add a new patient.
