The phone number for this address puts me to comcast. I want to talk to someone at tthe layton utah facility. This is one of the reasons people go to century link. People just want to talk to a human and get the help they need.

Such inferior customer service ! I was charged for internet that I didn't have a modem for even after clarifying with the technician that I would not be billed until I was fully connected. Call #1 I waited for 5 min to speak with a rep (calling at 9am helps), but after being put on-hold, they hung-up on me. Call #2 went much better, but the rep still tried to sell me on renting a modem before recognizing that the trust is gone ! She did claim that all charges were dismissed, but we'll see. I'll be watching my mail closely for any "Past Due" notices.

showed up at 5:55 they close at 6:00. They must have wanted to go home early because they turned the open signed around and lock the door right in front of me. Very poor customer service. I recomend not going with comcast in Layton if you value your time and money.

Don't buy services from this business! They lie about offers, we were told that we could get bundles through Comcast for a great price, however our monthly bill went up $33 (after being reassured multiple times that the bill would be reduced if we did this bundle deal), and we spent a good chunk of our time calling Comcast to sort it out. They will also not return phone calls or answer their phones. If they call offering a deal, I would hang up immediately. Really disappointed, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Hopefully our negative experience will help prevent others from having the same thing happen to them. Would give 0 stars if I could...

I am very unhappy with your phone answering system. I had to go through so many different recorded messages to finally reach a person I could talk with. This is very poor customer service and you need to improve.
