Provided by YP.comDon't do it or the only other choice in this town. It goes out all the time. My internet is slow and dvr only works when it wants to.

Provided by YPmobileshotty scheduling for appointments the installer never came to my house just called to say he couldn't do the install also I wanted to add tv with the internet and tryed to add it before the came to install my internet and they said I would have make a different appointment for the tv worst media company by far!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI switched my service being told "everything" would be better& I have had NOTHING but BAD service& downtime with my cable & internet& a busy signal on the number to call for assistance on my tv screen as well as the local number.service is out for 6 hrs now & no help or explanation! I AM SO DISSAPOINTED & I Have only been with you for a couple of months but its only been problems& NO resolutions! Your company sucks & I am definatly going to change asap- You are a waste of my money & I am not going 2 pay for " no service" again! You have more interruptions& down time than any company that I have ever had service with.you charge me more and give me LESS& my service is OUT for more than 6-12 or more hrs 1 day per month & I still pay for service! That's a joke! I will write a review in the Lebanon Reporter Newspaper about this service& I have many people who are willing to back me on this issue.You need To fix your issues or leave Lebanon becouse you are offering services to our residents that aren't reliable& WE as a community deserve to trust companies but your company doesn't deliver what it says it does- We cancelled with a company that we regret doing so becouse you have let us down in just a couple of months& we Will now need to find another service- BUT any service HAS TO deliver better service than you have in the past few months! What a dissapointment this has been!!!
