Did not clean up after their work and left lots of roofing nails in the gutters and on the ground. My son stepped on one which went all the way through his foot and in addition to the pain of the nail, had to go to the doctors and get a tetanus shot (additional pain and I also had to pay for it).

Roofed my entire house with 35 year warranty shingles. I detected a leak within 3 years but because of personal circumstances, did not report it until the 6th year. When my contractor called him about the leak, he inspected the roof, cut a few shingles (which stopped the leak) but said he only guaranteed his labor and materials for a max of 2 years and refused to fix the damage. I would never use him again or recommend him.
