In the evening of Thursday, July 3, I returned to Lenox to spend a week and prepare our house for our primary renters for the summer. The hot water storage unit had flooded sometime during the past week and the lower level was flooded. After several phone calls to other companies that had been mentioned to me (all were "busy" or had other commitments during the July 4th weekend), I got the name of Paul Davis Restoration from my insurance company. I had never heard of them, BUT, they came within 90 minutes with all the equipment and 5 highly professional service techs to pull the carpet and padding and begin the drying process - that allowed me to start recovery without waiting 3 useless days. Their follow-up was excellent and they were able to find professional carpet installers (when no one else could) so that I could get the lower level up to proper standards for my renters. Contact was continuous through the long weekend and all work was up to even my wife's high standards.
