I have three children and a longtime relationship over a period of 14 years with this group of physicians. I lost my job this year and instead of working with me on payments they terminated "our relationship" over a whopping $99. I am appalled and furious. I absolutely would not recommend this office to anyone I know.

We showed up at the door just after they closed urgent care hours. Instead of ignoring that we were there (they could have, it was AFTER they closed), they came and asked what our issue was and took us to be seen anyway. The whole office had to stay later because of us and they were all so very polite about it. We appreciated being able to sleep soundly that night without having a trip to the ER instead. Thank you so much!!!

I have 5 children that were patients of this clinic for approximately 20 years and their care was terminated permanently over a $400.00 balance. Even if this balance is paid they have refused to continue care for my children. I understand that the doctors offices don't get in the middle of divorce and court orders but a little understanding would have been appreciated after being such long time patients.

Love this group! Was told about them by my brothers family, and my best friend's family as well - everyone I know goes there. So I went, and loved the experience, loved the after hours emergent care that offers the flexibility I need. Really over the top care. Would recomend them to someone if everyone I know didn't already go there - so try them... !

I have been going to this group (Internal medicine) since 2001 and have never had a bad experience. Actually my entire family (immediate and extended) not to mention many friends and co workers also go here. They are very good about getting you right in the same day that you call, very rarely have I ever had to wait until the next day. I have never had any billing issues. The doctors and staff are ALL very professional. I would recommend this group to anyone.

I called to pay my bill over the phone and was told it included a $25.00 no-show fee from my son's 18 month appt. I explained I didn't realize we missed an appointment. I asked that it be waived as a customer issue. I was told no since my visit took up two time slots. Not only that but there are no signs at the front desk, nothing said verbally, neither have I signed anything stating that I've read this policy. I was also told by the billing manager (who hung up on me) that they DON'T have to inform their patients of the no show fee. That's unacceptable to me as a patient and consumer in this day and age. I will change providers right away. Oh yeah, another thing, if you call after hours with a sick child, they charge $10 for the doctor to call you back. I am NOT kidding...I ended up calling ask-a-nurse for FREE.
