I have never been to an eating establishment that had such disrespectful and RUDE employees. I went through the drive thru, ordered, and when I got my receipt, my order was wrong. I asked if they could change it to what i wanted and the employee says "well, why didn't you just say that" At that time, I demanded the manager. The "GM" proceeded to argue with me about my order when at that point I was more upset about how I was treated and I was in such disbelief that someone in the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BUSINESS would continue to argue and place blame on the customer that I couldn't even finish a thought or my argument to make my point about the CUSTOMER SERVICE, or lack thereof. Ultimately, the GM demanded I get out of the drive thru, reimbursed me, and flipped me off. Now, I wasn't an angel at all because I too exchanged colorful language, but being someone who has spent a good 5 or 6 YEARS in the customer service industry, having just obtained a career where it is not the center of my job, I know that the actions that were taken on the part of these two employees would have meant IMMEDIATE TERMINATION. I called their corporate office and informed them of the situation.

This is not the only issue I have had with this restaurant, but it is the final straw. I refuse to give my hard earned money to a business that hires such people.

I paid $30.00 for a "12" piece bucket on 8/15/08 at thye KFC on Rice RD in Lee's Summit, MO. When we got it home, the bucket had "3" wings, "5" legs and "4" thights. Besides being ripped off price wise, the chicken was horrible. It wasn't original or extra crispy.



The employee's acted as if they were high on something.
