We have used Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling on several occasions over the years for maintenance of my old system. I am very comfortable with the guys I have worked with. They did a great job installing the new system. I will definitely contact them for future assistance and will recommend to all friends and family

Horrible Service replaced part that went out less than a year later and was told by the next service guy that they replaced with it a part that was too small for our unit!!! Don't waste your time or money for crappy service!!

I had used this company for many years. However, my recent experiences was not so great. I called for service on my residential furnace and humidifier. Service person replaced filters and left them on the basement floor when he left. Bill a little over $100 which was reasonable if the work would have been done correctly. Called them in a few days and said the humidifier was not working (Purchased the year before from them). Different service person appeared and I informed him the prior service person left the replaced filters on the floor next to the furnace. This service person disappeared into the basement and returned shortly saying got you all fixed and there are no charges. I said thank you. A couple of days later I noticed the humidity in my house continued to fall. Went to the basement and yep old filters had not disappeared. The humidifier was bone dry and so was my house. Wife, wood floors, grand piano and wood furniture all very unhappy. If I call this company again I will have to put down my wife or myself. So, before you call them ask yourself if you want a very angry wife, if not call someone else.
