The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, offering everything needed for easy, everyday living. With nearby shops, schools, and restaurants, it’s the perfect place to balance family life, education, and career goals—all while truly feeling at home.

Beautiful place to call home
We are enjoying living at this beautiful community. They have so many amenities to enjoy. The gym, pool, garden center, car wash and they even have a dog spa. Maintenance is done fast and courteous. Our apartment is spacious and has spacious bathrooms with a garden tub . The staff is exceptional. Not only are they professional they truly want to make your living here your home. Thank you to all the staff!

Greystone at Oakland is the best of the best. I’ve been here almost a year and have loved it. Makes me feel like I’m out of town and not in the Albany area. It’s in a great location. Always friendly staff and landscaping is beautiful.

Greystone at Oakland has everything I could ask for in an apartment complex. The new construction includes a Gym, Pool, Grill, Business Center, Pet Center, and Garden. And the customer service is simply amazing.

I've been a resident of Greystone at Oakland for a while now, and I can say without a doubt that it's the best apartment complex in Albany. The amenities are fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and very helpful! Property stays very clean, appliances are very nice, and the community is very friendly. I Highly recommend it.

My experience at Greystone at Oakland has been beyond amazing! After living somewhere for a couple of years, you may think that something would become subpar -- the upkeep, the service...anything. That is definitely not the case with Greystone at Oakland. Everyday that I come home, I still get that "wow" feeling! The staff is superior, the upkeep of every building is pristine, the grounds are beautifully landscaped regularly, and the amenities are everything! I could go on and on and on, but we'd be here forever. If you're looking for a place that is safe, luxurious, offers everything that you need, and actually feels like home -- Greystone at Oakland is it. Living in this community is the best decision that I've made for my son and me! WE LOVE IT HERE!

Living in the Greystone @ Oakland community is by far the BEST decision I've made in regards to living in the Albany/Lee area. I'm 2 1/2 years deep in being a resident here at Oakland, and I must say I'm still enjoying my stay. It's a welcoming and caring experience because the staff truly loves and cares about their residences. And the best part, it's peaceful and quiet. I'd recommend this community to anyone, whether you're living alone or raising a family.

This is by far the best apartment community in town!! There’s a pool, gym, pet spa and park, car washing station, and a garden! And we also love it’s gated!! I feel so safe taking my dog out at night while my husband is at work! Such a beautiful place!

The property is always so clean & beautiful. The amenities are awesome. I love my hardwood floors & high ceiling cabinets. My kitchen is my favorite spot with the stainless steel appliances. I have lived here for almost 2 years & can truly say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I’ve lived here since the day the complex opened in 2018 and enjoyed every day of it. The entire staff (office and maintenance) is helpful and quick to solve any simple problems. Very clean, quiet, and always well-maintained landscaping. The gym and car wash area are very convenient.
