Loudoun Exchange & Jewelry? More like let's take all your money a run! This isn't even a pawn shop, it's more like your getting robbed by some gang members in the streets. Well i rather that happen to me then go into this place. Their prices are too damn high!! I saw a used Ibanez electric guitar in there and it had missing strings and cuts/nicks in the body of it. And guess how much it was running for 290!Don't ever try to go in there and try to sell something to them because they will give you a longer price then what you bought it for. And then when you leave the store BOOM their selling it on the racks for triple the price.It's like your giving them a finger and then they take both of your hands. DON'T GO IN THERE, IT'S LIKE MAKING A DEAL WITH THE DEVIL HIMSELF!!!!!I would gladly shop there if they lowered there prices.(and expectations)

I went there a couple of weeks ago and sure enough the store smells very bad and it is very dirty too, the old guy that is in there he is not nice at all, he treated us like we were no body and without people like my friend that sells her old jewelry he would not have any business. I was interested in buying something so I ask him to show me the pieces and he did it with no interest at all, he made me fell like I was bothering him. I will not go ever again and I don’t recommend anyone to go neither, he doesn’t deserve his business to work treating customers like that .

This store smells like someone smokes in the store. The owner isn't very friendly and acted like he didn't want my business. So I think I'll stay away.
