My wife made a Monday morning appointment at the end of the week. We dropped off the car Sunday after they were closed and parked the car right by the front door. We had no way to ID our key (no envelopes) but we figured we were fine since it was the only make of car on the lot. My wife called Monday morning to find out what was happening, but no one answered. The machine picked up, but there was no way to leave a message. It took three calls to get anyone. That person acted like they had no idea we had a car there. They treated my wife very poorly over the phone. They finally came to terms with the needed repair and it was done that day. I felt the price was very high. They overcharged for an emissions test. Other places charge much less for the same test. All that said, we are going somewhere else in the future.
