RF Ohl installed my ductless system. The technicians were very professional and left the place cleaner than when they arrived! My overall experience with RF Ohl through the whole process from the CSR's, to the Home Comfort Specialists, to the installers was outstanding! Better than what i expected.

I had R.F. Ohl install a ductless heater and air conditioner in my home to supplement my existing heating system. They got the job done in a single day and left my home clean and tidy. The job was done for the exact amount quoted, no surprises! Awesome job and friendly technicians

Filled out their website contact form 3 times, called them and left a message. The only response I received was a short email saying someone will contact me. Well they never did. If this is how they treat customers before they have them "on the hook" then I can not imagine how poorly they must treat them once they have your money.

I called to get a estimate to get a cooling system installed. However a woman answered named stacey. She was the most rude ignorant person I have ever delt with.and she did not get back to me about getting a tech out to my house when I had my 4 yr old daughter and my sisters daughter that was just born at my house.i never had a person at this company ruined my idea if ohls.

Replaced 2 furnaces. First one took almost 2 weeks to keep it running in 10 degree weather. And we called in Liberty Oil and they got it running. OMG a simple fuse. The second one, well they left the place and didn't even clean up the place. I left the place for 5 to 6 hours the last day after they were done and walked in the door and my home was overwhelmed with fuel smells. Went down stairs and their was 40 to 50 gallons of fuel on the floor under my tank. The idiots didn't even hand tighten the fuel line and it was running out of the tank the size of a pencil. When we called they sent out one man and he threw oil litter on it and said he would be back the next day. The next day they cleaned up the fuel and when I asked what they were doing about the stench upstairs they told me to open the windows in 20 degree weather and they were done. Mind you I can't stay in my home since December 21,2010 and it is January 1, 2011. DEP came in and the fuel leaked in the cracks of the concrete. Their insurance company came in 2 days later and never left his card. As of yet, nobody has contacted me in order to get this smell out of my furniture and my home.
