I bought a mouse from these folks, brought it back, refused to refund, this was within 10 days. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! BUYERS BEWARE!!

I think helpful and friendly is about all there is to say. They have helped me carry things to and from my car and they seem to care. They know they're stuff.
