My grandma passed away and I was trying to help my grandpa out with some repairs around the house, granted I dont know a lot about this kind of thing but Allen was very rude and said he didnt have time for loose people and hung up on me...twice. For a christian he sure is disrespectful. I wouldnt wish him on anyone and will go to someone who actually has the "time" to work with me and treat me like a human being.
